: High Speed Ferry Service Between Gloucester Mass. and Shelburne Nova Scotia or Boston, Mass to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia are being considered and will hopefully begin in 2003
After three years of negotiations things are finally under way to prepare the way for a high speed service between Massachusetts and Nova Scotia. The ferry which may be built in Nova Scotia will carry 200 cars, a few motorcoaches and about 850 passengers, and will operate between May and October.
