ACOMMODATIONS & DECK AREAS
Large, private sun deck, which is accessed by a staircase from the upper port-side deck, encompasses the complete upper deck.
The boat deck is aft of the Owner’s office with a small seating area and storage for tenders and water toys.
The wheel-house is carpeted and contains a helm chair, settee, chart table and navigation/radio equipment.
The captain’s cabin, which has a double bed, head and shower, is directly behind the wheel-house on the port side.
The ship’s office, equipped with computer and communication equipment, is directly behind the wheel-house along the starboard side.
Passing through the ship’s office takes you to a passageway which has the wine cellar to the left and a large walk-in refrigerator/freezer to the right and then into the owner’s office which can also be accessed from the boat deck. This office/lounge contains an executive desk, two easy chairs and bookshelves. There is a private toilet with wash basin.
Forward on the main accommodation deck is one of the Owner’s cabins which furnished with a queen size bed, couch, table and two chairs, large flat screen TV and stereo system. This cabin has it’s own large, private shower and toilet. There is ample wardrobe space.
Aft of this cabin and off the passage-way on the starboard side of the yacht is a staircase leading up to the wheel-house, a door into the galley, a staircase down to the other owners cabin and the entrance to the dining salon. This passageway also has a door out on to the side decks and side boarding ladder.
The dining salon contains a large table with 12 chairs, storage cabinets for china and silverware and a serving door into the pantry and galley. The galley is well equipped with commercial grade equipment and suitable for extensive catering. There are two doors to the side decks for crew entrance and the loading of supplies so as not to interfere with the owner’s access on the other side of the yacht. A staircase from the forward end of the galley leads down to the crew cabins and crew salon.
Aft of the dining salon is the large, comfortable main salon containing a bar, 2 large couches, four arm chairs, a games table and four chairs. A staircase leads down to the foyer around which the four guest cabins are located. There are double doors from the main salon which lead to the aft deck.
The aft deck may be fully enclosed and air conditioned or opened up for fresh air. This area is furnished with a large, teak, round table with a lazy susan, eight upholstered teak dining chairs, four arm chairs and a curved couch. There is a staircase going up to the boat-deck from the port side.
The lower accommodation deck contains the second owners cabin which has a king size bed, three armchairs, a small table, vanity and a large screen TV and stereo. There are two bathrooms, one with bath-tub and shower and the other with a shower. Both have toilets and wash basins. This cabin has four wardrobes.
The four guest cabins are located aft on the lower accommodation deck and are around a central foyer which contains linen storage cupboards. The two aft cabins have double beds and the two forward ones have twins. All have a writing desk, private bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and wash basin.
The crew quarters consist of a four berth cabin with shower and toilet, two twin cabins which share a shower and toilet, a two berth cabin with it’s own shower and toilet and a crew mess area..
The engine room is accessed from the port side deck.
